Are you an experienced LVN ready to step into a leadership role? Diablo Valley Post Acute is seeking a high-energy LVN Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. This position is perfect for a nurse who thrives on consistency, team-building, and high-quality patient care.

The "Power Schedule":

Enjoy a predictable schedule that prioritizes your time off:

  • 12-Hour Shifts
  • Alternating Schedule: 3 days on / 4 days off — followed by 4 days on / 3 days off.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay Rate: $ 40.00-$ 45.00 per hour (Depending on Experience).

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Current, valid California LVN License (Required).
  • Experience: Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute leadership role is highly preferred.
