📍 Diablo Valley Post Acute - Concord, CA
💰 Pay Range: $40-$42/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

Position Summary

The LVN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring quality resident care, maintaining compliance with facility policies and regulations, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated LVN with strong clinical and organizational skills.

Qualifications
  • Active California LVN license in good standing
  • Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience required
  • Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
  • Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
  • Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care
  • Monitor clinical documentation and compliance standards
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and healthcare teams
  • Promote a positive and professional workplace culture
