  • Compensation: Starting at $50.00 per hour (DOE)
  • Availability: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN
  • Shifts: Flexible tracks including Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

  • The Heart of Rehab: As a COTA, you are the hands-on heart of our department. You'll work closely with our OTRs to bring individualized treatment plans to life.
  • Patient Wins: Deliver skilled interventions, document resident progress, and celebrate the small victories that lead to major independence.
  • Clinical Collaboration: Act as a key voice in our interdisciplinary team, ensuring our residents in Contra Costa County return to their highest level of function.
  • Restorative Leadership: Coach and support our restorative aides to ensure a 24/7 culture of resident wellness and mobility.
