Your Role & Clinical Impact

As a CNA, you are the heart of our bedside care. Your primary purpose is to provide routine daily nursing services that enhance the quality of life for our residents:

• Personalized Care: Provide daily nursing care in accordance with each resident's assessment and individualized care plan.
• Resident Advocacy: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
• Clinical Observation: Report changes in resident conditions to your supervisors to ensure proactive medical attention.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of nurses and therapists to support both short-term rehabilitation and long-term residency goals.
• Skill Development: Utilize our continuous training to stay current on the latest nursing standards and facility protocols.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Must hold a valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License.
