Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our administrative leadership team. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned LVN to take on a key management role in a premier post-acute setting.
The Opportunity: - Position: Full-Time (Administrative Nursing Leadership)

- Salary: $100, 000 per year

Your Key Responsibilities: As the ADON, you serve as a vital link between nursing staff and administration.
- Clinical Oversight: Assist the DON in planning, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing department.
- Staff Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff (LVNs and CNAs) to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Lead quality improvement initiatives, monitor clinical outcomes, and ensure the facility is always "survey-ready."
- Infection Control & Education: Oversee staff training and ensure that all nursing protocols—including infection control and wound care—meet the highest standards.
- Resident Advocacy: Collaborate with families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate complex care plans and ensure resident satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Manage nursing schedules, assist with clinical audits, and step in as a clinical leader whenever necessary.
Qualifications: - License: Must possess a current, valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Experience: Previous experience in a nursing leadership role (Unit Manager, Supervisor, or ADON) in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is highly preferred.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of Title 22 and OBRA regulations.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving abilities, and the heart of a mentor.
