Delta View Post-Acute is seeking a
Speech-Language Pathologist to join our premier in-house therapy team. Whether you are an experienced clinician or a motivated new graduate looking for a supportive clinical home, we offer the top-tier compensation and mentorship you deserve.
The Opportunity: - Position: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN (Per-Diem)
- Location: Delta View Post-Acute — Antioch, CA
- Rate: $65.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
- New Grads Welcome! We provide a structured and supportive environment for Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and new therapists.
- In-House Program: Stable, facility-based therapy—work directly for our team!

Your Impact & Responsibilities: - Patient Transformation: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication, cognitive, and swallowing skills.
- Collaborative Care: Partner with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic and comprehensive patient recovery.
- Quality Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.
- Empowerment: Educate families and staff on effective patient care strategies and safe swallowing techniques.
- Mentorship: Act as a clinical preceptor for students or new staff as required, helping to shape the future of the field.
Qualifications: - Education: Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Licensure: Current, valid California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
