Description:
Position SummaryDelta View Post Acute is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the full-time AM shift. The RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents in a post-acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to physicians and care team
- Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members, including therapy and social services
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and facility protocols
- Participate in care planning and resident assessments
Qualifications- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Schedule & Benefits- Full-time AM shift (schedule may include weekends and holidays)
