Delta View Post Acute is seeking a dedicated
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our premier in-house therapy team. Work in a collaborative, supportive environment where your clinical skills are valued and your patient-centered care makes a real difference.
The Opportunity: - Position: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN
- Location: Delta View Post Acute — Antioch, CA
- Rate: $50.00 per hour
- In-House Program: Stable, facility-based therapy—work directly for our team!

Your Impact & Responsibilities: - Direct Patient Care: Execute and adapt occupational therapy treatment plans as directed by the supervising OTR and physician orders.
- Functional Goal Achievement: Deliver high-quality interventions to help patients improve their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and overall quality of life.
- Clinical Communication: Collaborate with the healthcare team to report patient progress, coordinate care, and facilitate successful discharge planning.
- Precise Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of daily treatments and progress notes, adhering to all state and regulatory requirements.
- Education & Training: Provide vital education to patients and families on therapeutic techniques and equipment usage; assist in training nursing and restorative staff.
- Facility Advocacy: Participate in department maintenance to ensure a safe, effective, and professional working environment.
Qualifications: - Licensure: Current, valid California Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively advocate for your patients.
- Team Mindset: Proven ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing healthcare team.
