Position Overview

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies. This role plays a critical part in coordinating care, supervising nursing staff, and maintaining a safe, compassionate environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly
• Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
