💪 What You'll Do

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for residents recovering from surgery, injury, or managing chronic conditions.
• Help residents improve mobility, strength, and independence.
• Document progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

🎯 What We're Looking For

• Licensed PTA in California.
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred.
