Position Summary
Del Rosa Villa is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Business Office Assistant to support our administrative team. This role is essential in helping maintain accurate financial records, supporting resident trust accounts, and ensuring smooth daily office operations.

Position Summary
Del Rosa Villa is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Business Office Assistant to support our administrative team. This role is essential in helping maintain accurate financial records, supporting resident trust accounts, and ensuring smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow schedules and instructions from your supervisor in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing, planning, and directing administrative activities.
- Manage Resident Trust accounts, ensuring funds are:
- Securely deposited, disbursed, recorded, reconciled, and reported
- Maintained in compliance with all State and Federal regulations
- Interact regularly with residents, including:
- Distributing resident funds
- Coordinating weekly shopping and daily needs
- Obtaining signatures and maintaining receipts for all transactions
- Reconcile all purchases and ensure accurate disbursement of resident funds
- Maintain meeting minutes and handle filing as needed
- Serve as a representative of the community, contributing positively to public relations and awareness
- Provide administrative support to the Administrator, Director of Nursing (DON), and Business Office Manager
- Perform clerical and basic accounting functions, including cash receipts and data entry
- Assist with HR and payroll tasks as needed
- Maintain strong working relationships with interdepartmental teams
- Assist with incident/accident documentation and filing
- Support administrative projects and studies as assigned
- Ensure proper ergonomics and safety procedures are followed by administrative staff
- Maintain adequate office supplies and equipment inventory
- Uphold strict confidentiality of resident information and report any suspected violations promptly
- Prior Accounts Receivable (A/R) experience required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
