Position Summary

We are seeking a caring and reliable Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our skilled nursing team. The RNA plays a critical role in helping residents maintain and improve their functional abilities through daily restorative programs. This role works closely with nursing and therapy staff to support individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative nursing interventions as assigned (e.g., ambulation, range of motion, strength training, ADL support)
• Document restorative services accurately and timely
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to monitor resident progress
• Encourage residents to participate in restorative activities
• Assist with standard CNA duties as needed
• Uphold all facility policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification in good standing
• RNA certification required
• Previous skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident‑care skills
• Compassionate attitude and genuine desire to improve residents' quality of life
