About the Role

Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking a passionate and patient‑focused Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in‑house rehab team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and mobility assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy using evidence-based techniques and advanced tools
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Adhere to all clinical, regulatory, and ethical standards

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of [Insert State]
• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate)
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
