Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, dependable, and passionate about providing excellent resident care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Provide mobility support and assist with transfers
- Take and record vital signs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support nursing staff with resident care tasks
- Foster a warm, safe, and respectful environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in the state of California
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient with strong interpersonal skills
- Previous long-term care experience is a plus (but not required)
