Position Summary

As a CNA at Crystal Ridge Care Center, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while supporting their comfort, safety, and dignity. You'll work closely with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care in accordance with each resident's care plan.

Key Responsibilities (Summary):

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Accurately document care, vital signs, and food/fluid intake
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Support restorative and rehabilitative care as directed
• Maintain resident safety, privacy, and dignity at all times
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality guidelines
• Promote a calm, respectful, and positive environment

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing in the State of California
• CPR certification preferred
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach
• Strong communication and observational skills
