Cottage Medical Group seeks an Ambulatory Registered Nurse Coordinator for their CMG Pediatric Multispecialty Clinic responsible for supporting patient care and coordination of care for the Ambulatory patients. This registered nurse works closely with the physician and the clinical and administrative team. Lead responsibilities include direction of the back-office staff and nursing team, assist in training new employees, assigning and directing work assignments with the assistance of clinic manager. Covering nursing team and medical assistant team as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.

Education:

• Minimum: Bachelor's of Science in Nursing.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

• Minimum: California RN License, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS). CCS paneled within 3 months of hire.

Technical Requirements:

• Preferred: Bi-Lingual, English/Spanish.

Years of Related Work Experience:

• Minimum: 5 years of RN experience.
• Preferred: Experience inpatient or outpatient, ambulatory medicine experience.
