Facilities Coordinator

CORE (Community Organized Relief Effort) is vacating its headquarters office at 910 North Hill Street, Chinatown, Los Angeles, CA by December 15th, 2026. The facilities coordinator shall plan and manage the clear-out under section 4 the Scope of Work (SOW), from inventory through to handover of an empty space. The objective is a fully vacated office, with every item disposed of through one of four routes: retain and relocate to The Hub, donation or sell if applicable/approved, disposal or certified destruction, or store units and record retention center. The contractor sends the Project Lead a weekly status covering progress against milestones and any risks to the Dec 15 date. # Milestone Deliverable accepted by CORE Delivery Date 1 Work plan and building inventory complete Work plan and schedule generated, vendor shortlist built, and full inventory completed Nov 13 2 Dispositions and donations approved Disposition and donation list signed off by Project Lead; storage and hauling quotes if applicable Nov 20 3 Disposals and donations complete All donate and dispose items removed with organized donation receipts, e-waste and shredding certificates Dec 4 4 Relocation of retained items complete Approved items relocate to The Hub, CORE storage units, and a record retention center Dec 11 5 Final handover Empty, broom-clean office Dec 14 Compensation For and in consideration of the services rendered, the Contractor will be paid a fixed fee of $4, 000, paid as five milestone payments of $800 each upon the Project Leads written acceptance of each deliverable. A bonus of $1, 000 is paid with Milestone 5, if Milestone 5 is accepted on or before December 15, 2026, and all other milestones have been accepted in writing by the Project Lead. No partial bonus is paid for completion after December 15, 2026.
