Concord Post Acute is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and compassionate Part-Time Janitor/Laundry Aide to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents. This role is essential in supporting quality resident care by ensuring clean linens, properly maintained laundry, and a sanitary facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Laundry Responsibilities

• Maintain an adequate supply of clean linens for the comfort and care of all residents.
• Inspect linens regularly and remove damaged or stained items from service.
• Collect resident laundry daily or as needed.
• Label new residents' clothing as needed.
• Sort, treat, wash, dry, fold, and organize clothing and linens.
• Deliver clean laundry to resident rooms promptly.
• Follow all infection control, sanitation, and laundry procedures.
• Maintain inventory of laundry supplies.
• Operate washers, dryers, and laundry equipment safely.
• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance concerns to the Administrator.

Janitorial/Housekeeping Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, and other assigned spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the facility.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and housekeeping procedures.
• Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned.
