Position Details

• Status: Part-Time
• Pay Rate: $16.90 - $17.48 per hour
• Schedule: Varies (may include weekends and holidays)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented Dietary Aide to support our dietary department. In this role, you will assist with meal preparation, service, and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment to ensure residents receive quality nutrition.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and food service following dietary guidelines
• Prepare trays, deliver meals, and assist residents as needed
• Follow portion control and special diet instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Stock supplies and assist with inventory
• Follow food safety and infection control procedures
• Provide friendly and professional service to residents and staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous food service or healthcare experience is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Compassionate and customer-service focused attitude
