Receiving Chemist I Summary
Clean Harbors is seeking a Receiving Chemist I to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling, coding, and processing lab packs and drums, performing initial sampling and analysis, and managing the proper shipping and disposal of waste materials. You will work closely with operations and logistics to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant material handling. Shift & Pay: Night Shift - 3: 00 PM to 11: 30 PM | $25.00/hour

• Strong team orientation and communication skills
• Ability to follow direction and adapt to changing business needs
• Solid understanding of math, chemistry, and chemical testing
• Organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail
• Receiving, Shipping, or Lab Pack experience preferred
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications
• Tested knowledge in at least two areas or advanced understanding in one:
• Lab Pack Coding/Processing
• Drum Receiving/Coding
• Shipping of Waste Materials
