We are always looking to connect with exceptional hospitality professionals for our Client Services team at John Wayne Airport (KSNA). As our operations continue to grow, we hire for this position on an ongoing basis. Qualified candidates will be contacted as openings become available.

Client Services Representatives are the heart of our Front Office Team - the first and last impression our clients have of Clay Lacy Aviation. This high-profile role calls for someone with genuine warmth, polished professionalism, and a can-do approach to every request, no matter how big or small.
  • Location: Santa Ana, CA (KSNA)
  • Compensation: $19.98 - $26.29 per hour, plus eligibility for comprehensive benefits
  • Schedule: Shifts vary and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Weekend availability is required.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome passengers, pilots, and flight attendants, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience
  • Coordinate every detail of client trips, including catering, ground transportation, hotel, restaurant, and golf reservations
  • Arrange fuel orders and ground services for aircraft
  • Respond to client emails and phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Perform Operator duties as required
  • Keep the lobby clean, welcoming, and fully stocked
  • Support other front-of-house functions and duties as assigned
What We're Looking For

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
  • Polished personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and approaches challenges with urgency and enthusiasm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new systems
  • A collaborative teammate who earns trust through honesty, integrity, and authenticity
  • Valid Class C driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • One or more years of aviation client relations experience preferred; luxury hotel or other luxury hospitality backgrounds strongly encouraged to apply
