Clay Lacy Aviation is looking for a strong, experienced full-time Aircraft Cleaning Department Supervisor for our full- Aircraft Cleaning service at Santa Ana airport (KSNA). Location: Sana Ana CA (KSNA)

Compensation: $31.55 - $42.07 per hour; eligible for comprehensive CLA Benefits.

You will be supervising all the following shifts:

• Weekday Shift (Monday - Friday)

• Swing Shift (Monday - Friday)

• Weekend Shift (Friday - Monday)

Position Summary

The Aircraft Cleaning Department Supervisor is responsible for the efficient execution of the work scope and the cleaning, detailing, preventive maintenance, and brightwork polishing, performed under the authority of the Clay Lacy FAA Certificated Repair Station. Supervise all employees and all shifts in the Clay Lacy Aircraft Detailing department. Support the department manager with the daily administrative duties. Promote the Clay Lacy Aviation vision, mission, and values to create a positive team environment that raises the level of safety, service and value for our customers and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise all shifts and cleaning staff.
  • Train new employees in cleaning techniques.
  • Maintain quality assurance of all aircraft cleaning.
  • Schedule, plan and implement all aircraft cleaning tasks and meet task deadlines.
  • Communicate with customers, maintenance controllers, Directors of maintenance, flight crews, FBO personnel and appropriate employees for scheduling all aircraft cleaning.
  • Order and maintain all aircraft cleaning supplies.
  • Participate with management on staff reviews.
  • Must stay up to date with computerized and practical company training
  • Support and implement policies, procedures, and goals from management staff.
  • Conduct interviews of potential candidate for employee
  • Meeting with new clients to drive sales.
  • Operate company vehicles and equipment
  • Travel to remote job sites
  • Support all remote based aircraft cleaning/detailing departments
  • Possess a valid California Class C driver's license
  • Obtain and maintain an SNA (Santa Ana) Airport Ramp Access Badging
  • Support the duties of the Manager during their absence.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.

  • Computer skills and data entry.
  • Pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
  • Must have a valid C Class Driver's license with a clean driving record.


Required Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 - 5+ years of Supervisor and/or Lead Aircraft cleaning and detailing experience, preferred.
