Physical Therapist to join our premier in-house therapy team. Whether you are an experienced clinician or a motivated new grad, we offer the mentorship, flexibility, and compensation you deserve.
The Opportunity: - Position: PRN (Per-Diem)
- Location: City View Post Acute — San Francisco, CA
- Rate: Starting at $ 55.00 -$ 65.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
- In-House Program: Stable, facility-based therapy (not a contract agency).

Your Impact & Responsibilities: - Clinical Leadership: Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

- Collaboration: Document progress and partner with nursing, OT, and SLP teams for holistic resident recovery.
- Education: Empower patients and families with home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.

Qualifications: - Licensure: Current, valid California Physical Therapist (PT) license (or eligibility to obtain).
