The Opportunity: - Position: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN (Per-Diem)
- Location: City View Post Acute — San Francisco, CA
- Rate: Starting at $ 55.00-$ 65.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
- Sign-On/Retention Bonus: $5, 000.00
- In-House Program: A permanent, stable program focused on resident outcomes (not a contract agency).

Your Impact & Responsibilities: - Clinical Evaluation: Evaluate patients, establish individualized treatment plans, and set measurable functional goals.
- Evidence-Based Therapy: Deliver OT interventions to maximize patient independence in activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Precise Documentation: Accurately maintain evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner.
- Education & Advocacy: Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques, home programs, and safety strategies.
- Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate with the rehab and nursing teams to optimize patient outcomes and participate in quality-improvement initiatives.
Qualifications: - Licensure: Current, valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) license (or eligibility to obtain).
