Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients, establish individualized treatment plans, and set measurable goals.
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy to maximize patient independence in activities of daily living.
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and on time.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques, home programs, and safety strategies.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and participate in quality-improvement initiatives.
Required License / Certification
- Current, valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of California (or eligibility to obtain).
