Key Responsibilities
- Carry out occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
- Document patient progress accurately in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maximize patient independence and quality of life.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home programs.
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement within our in-house therapy department.
Required License / Certification
- Current, valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in California (or eligibility to obtain).
