Your Impact & Responsibilities:

  • Hands-On Recovery: Carry out skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR).
  • Patient Advocacy: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maximize resident independence and improve their overall quality of life.
  • Documentation Excellence: Document patient "wins" and progress accurately in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
  • Education: Empower patients, families, and caregivers through education on adaptive techniques and specialized home programs.
