The Opportunity: - Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Location: City View Post Acute — San Francisco, CA
- Compensation: Starting at $50.00 per hour (DOE)
- Availability: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN

Your Impact & Responsibilities: - Hands-On Recovery: Carry out skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR).
- Patient Advocacy: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maximize resident independence and improve their overall quality of life.
- Documentation Excellence: Document patient "wins" and progress accurately in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
- Education: Empower patients, families, and caregivers through education on adaptive techniques and specialized home programs.
- Growth: Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives within our innovative therapy department.
