Position Summary

Responsible for the operation of forklifts to move materials and equipment.

Primary Responsibility

• Safely handle materials

• Load and off load materials and equipment

• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks according to specification, accurately and in a timely manner

• Interpret hand signals to determine where materials are to be placed

Qualification s

• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must have experience with clamp forklift
• NO SMOKING plant
• Must be capable of working 12-hour swing shifts (Days and Nights)
• No long beards
• Must have safety boots with a defined heel

• Knowledge of the lifting capacity of each forklift that he/she is certified to operate
