Description:
Rehab Centre of Beverly Hills is looking for a Physical Therapist who is a passionate wound enthusiast to provide a specialized wound treatment to our eligible residents
$55-$80 an hour depending on experience and availability. Flexible schedule (mornings preferred) as long as you're reliable and consistent.
This PT will exclusively treat our select qualified patients on wound care services with a low-frequency, non-contact, non-thermal ultrasound treatment. The average treatment is 3-8 minutes in duration with another 5-10 minutes of set up and dressing changes Let encounter (total of 10-20 minutes per encounter on average ).
Full training and orientation is given Including on-job, hands-on training and documentation review.
Full Time position requiring treatments rendered at our facility in Beverly Hills and potentially another sister facility in Santa Monica if desired.

Job Details:
1.Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in direct patient care and patient related activities, following state practice act.
2. Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problem and plans.
3. Record evaluations, daily treatment notes, weekly progress notes, recertification documentation, per PT Board State Practice Act and governmental and third party payer requirements.
4. Participate in discharge planning. Recommend and facilitate the ordering of necessary durable medical equipment for patients to facilitate independence in mobility; i.e., braces, walkers, canes, elevated toilet seats and grab bars.
5. Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with patients/residents, families, staff and professional colleagues.
6. Qualification Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, prefer graduates of Masters or Doctorate Program in Physical Therapy. 7. Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.
