Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shift
- Provide direct patient care and assess resident conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with all safety and infection control standards
- Active, unencumbered RN license in California
- CPR certification required
- Skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
