Description:
Arvin Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate, treat, and support residents in achieving greater independence and improved quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate residents and develop customized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on OT care per physician orders
- Supervise and mentor COTAs and aides
- Document progress and participate in team care planning
- Support discharge planning with training and equipment recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Current CA OT license
- CPR certified
- SNF/rehab experience preferred
