Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a nurse leader with a strong background in long-term care who is passionate about providing exceptional resident outcomes and building a positive, team-centered workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing department
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company standards
- Lead and mentor clinical staff, fostering a positive and professional work culture
- Coordinate care planning, resident assessments, and clinical outcomes
- Participate in facility leadership meetings and strategic planning
- Conduct staff evaluations, ongoing training, and performance improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and families to ensure quality resident care
- Respond to audits, inspections, and surveys to maintain high regulatory standards
- Monitor staffing, scheduling, and retention within the nursing department
Qualifications: - Current RN license in the state of California (in good standing)
- Minimum of 3 years in a DON or ADON role (Skilled Nursing Facility preferred)
- Strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven success in staff development, compliance, and resident care management
- EMR experience (PointClickCare preferred)
