Artful Home LLC is hiring a Product Development Coordinator - Fashion/Apparel in Los Angeles, CA. This is a full-time position.

We're looking for a detail-orientedProduct Development Assistant to join our Los Angeles studio. You'll be the connective tissue of our product development process keeping samples, data, and vendor relationships moving accurately and on schedule so design and technical teams can do their best work. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Product Development. What You'll Do Sample & material flow Coordinate the shipping and receiving of samples, references, and materials between design, technical design, corporate headquarters, and outside vendors; prepare send-outs for processes that can't be done in-studio; travel to contractor sites and the fabric dye house, and pick up sample trim locally as needed.Sample & documentation accuracy Prep, tag, and proof samples, photo samples, tech packs, and sew-by samples for accuracy before hand-off; create historical swatch cards each season; photograph samples daily and share them with the design team for approval.Development data & archives Maintain sample and drop archives, the AP/development chart, and sample yardage tracking; update whiteboards and the development chart daily; keep the seasonal Assortment Plan current with all revisions, adds, drops, and changes.Vendor & pricing management Create purchase orders for send-outs and coordinate contractor pickup/drop-off, verifying order accuracy (sample making, crushing, wash, etc.); maintain the Pricing Document in the PLM.Studio operations Set up and host major meetings such as First View, including prepping the studio, ordering supplies and lunches, and printing materials; greet studio visitors; keep supply inventory stocked.
