Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY) - Arden Park Post Acute
Sacramento, CA | Pay: $60-$70/hr DOE | Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN

Arden Park Post Acute is now hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY) to join our rehabilitation team. We welcome both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellows (CFY) who are looking for a supportive environment to grow their careers in skilled nursing and post-acute care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech therapy evaluations and treatments for residents with communication, swallowing, and cognitive disorders
  • Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans
  • Document therapy services and progress according to regulations and facility standards
  • Collaborate with nursing, physical therapy, and occupational therapy staff to ensure the best resident outcomes
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and techniques

Qualifications
  • Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license, or CFY candidate with provisional license
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Compassionate and resident-focused approach to therapy
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare setting
