Hourly Rate: $62-$72/hr DOE

Arbor Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated
Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary care team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain communication and swallowing skills while working in a positive, team-oriented setting.
What You'll Do- Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders and best practices
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment changes accurately and timely
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehab team members, and families
- Participate in care conferences, discharge planning, and utilization reviews
- Provide caregiver and staff education to support continued patient progress
- Supervise Speech Therapy Assistants and Clinical Fellows as applicable
- Support staff development through in-services and training
What We're Looking For- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in good standing with the state
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Comfort using electronic medical records (e.g., PointClickCare, Casamba)
- Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
