Hourly Rate: $62-$72/hr DOE

Schedule: Full-Time

Arbor Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary care team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain communication and swallowing skills while working in a positive, team-oriented setting.

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders and best practices
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment changes accurately and timely
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehab team members, and families
  • Participate in care conferences, discharge planning, and utilization reviews
  • Provide caregiver and staff education to support continued patient progress
  • Supervise Speech Therapy Assistants and Clinical Fellows as applicable
  • Support staff development through in-services and training

What We're Looking For
  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in good standing with the state
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Comfort using electronic medical records (e.g., PointClickCare, Casamba)
  • Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
