What You'll Be Doing

✨ Provide treatment for residents across a wide range of diagnoses under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
✨ Celebrate patient progress and help residents regain strength, mobility, confidence, and independence
✨ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures
✨ Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team that truly works together
✨ Educate residents and families while building meaningful relationships
✨ Bring compassion, positivity, and energy to work every day
What We're Looking For

✔ Active California Physical Therapist Assistant License — or eligible to apply
✔ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
✔ Familiarity with EHR systems such as Net Health or PointClickCare is a plus
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Passion for improving the lives of others
✔ Skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
✔ New grads are welcome to apply!
