What to expect: - Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor residents' vital signs and assess their overall health status
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Document residents' progress, observations, and any changes in their condition
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents
- Attend in-service education programs and participate in staff meetings

Successful Candidates: - Active LVN license in the state of California
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or acute care setting
- Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
Rate Range - $28-38/hr
