Antelope Valley Care Center is hiring LVNs!

Full-Time (4/2 Schedule): PM (3pm-11pm), NOC (11pm-7am)

What to expect:
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and assess their overall health status
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Document residents' progress, observations, and any changes in their condition
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents
  • Attend in-service education programs and participate in staff meetings

Successful Candidates:
  • Active LVN license in the state of California
  • Experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or acute care setting
  • Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A commitment to providing exceptional patient care
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)


Rate Range - $28-38/hr
