Clinical Supervisor

Under the guidance of Alum Rock Counseling Centers (ARCC) Clinical Director, theClinical Supervisorplays a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our clinical team while helping ensure high-quality, culturally responsive behavioral health services for the children, youth, and families we serve. This position provides clinical supervision to a diverse team ofMSW, MFT, and PCC Associates and Traineesacross multiple programs, offering an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of clinical needs and settings. Programs includeOutpatient (OP), School-Based Outpatient, Early Childhood Mental Health Outpatient (ECMH), and our CSU programs, with additional opportunities to support emerging programs and initiatives. At ARCC, youll work with adiverse population of children and youth ages 021, adolescents, and families, helping clinicians strengthen their skills while contributing directly to positive outcomes for the communities we serve.
