Basic QualificationsSupply Chain Supervisor II$95, 000 - $105, 000PURPOSE OF POSITION: Associates in this position are expected to lead others in projects, overseeing large spend/volume/accounts, supporting a business unit, and supervise direct reports with diverse responsibilities.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervision of supply chain associates (performance, DA, staffing, policy communication/adherence)
- Ensures execution of objectives in support of the business unit's supply chain functions
- Serves on Functional, divisional and/or corporate projects as needed
- Coordinate with other Supply Chain Leaders on developing/maintaining material processes for business unit (inventory, negotiation, purchasing, freight)
- Support and Contribute to Business Unit's Strategic Vision
- Initiating Continuous Improvement Activities for team
- Developing Future Leaders within the team
- All other duties as assigned
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED: - High School diploma or equivalent Required .
- 4-year Degree Required and 5 years applicable experience
OR
- High School Diploma or equivalent required and
- 11 years applicable Experience
- Microsoft Office suite experience Required.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and concepts Required.
- Prior Oracle/ERP system experience Required
