All Saints Sub Acute and Skilled Nursing is seeking a dedicated
RN Supervisor to oversee our
Night Shift (NOC) operations. This is a vital role where you will ensure resident safety, clinical accuracy, and seamless communication across our facility.
Compensation & Benefits: - Starting Wage: $50.00 per hour

The Role: As the NOC RN Supervisor, you are the clinical lead for the facility during the night hours. Your primary goal is to ensure that residents feel safe and secure while receiving the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities include: - Clinical Leadership: Monitor and adjust resident care based on changing needs; manage all admission and discharge activities.
- Communication: Act as the primary link between residents, families, and physicians; answer questions about care plans and illness progression to provide peace of mind.
- Care Coordination: Participate in meetings to ensure a smooth transition of information between shifts and coordinate with third-party payers and financial services.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate charting and perform utilization reviews to ensure timely, cost-effective care.
- Independent Judgment: Work autonomously to solve problems, manage high-volume priorities, and build positive relationships with professional colleagues and families.
Qualifications: - Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License - State of California.
- Experience: Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing or sub-acute environment is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong intermediate computer skills, excellent time management, and the ability to exercise sound judgment in a high-pressure environment.
