Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: $47.00 per hour

Your Responsibilities:

As an RN in our sub-acute and skilled nursing facility, you will play a critical role in the recovery and long-term health of our residents:

• Patient Assessment: Continuously monitor patient conditions and assess their evolving needs to provide top-tier care and advice.
• Clinical Communication: Observe and interpret patient symptoms, ensuring clear and timely communication with physicians.
• Care Planning: Collaborate directly with physicians and the nursing team to develop and execute individualized care plans.
• Skilled Procedures: Perform routine clinical procedures (blood pressure, injections, wound care, etc.) and maintain accurate, up-to-the-minute patient charts.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required).
• Experience: Previous experience in a sub-acute or skilled nursing setting is a plus, but we welcome all dedicated clinicians committed to excellence.
