Full-Time Registered Dietitian at All Saints Sub-Acute and Skilled Nursing
Location: San Leandro, CA
Position: Full-Time Registered Dietitian
Rate: Starting @ $50hr

We are currently seeking a
Full-Time Registered Dietitian to join our compassionate team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the nutritional needs of residents by conducting comprehensive dietary evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans based on residents' health conditions, preferences, and needs.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive optimal nutritional care.
- Educate residents, their families, and staff on nutrition-related topics and dietary guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition interventions and make necessary adjustments.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and outcomes.
- Stay current with nutrition research and best practices to provide the highest level of care.
- Assist in the development of menu plans that meet the dietary requirements of residents while considering preferences and cultural needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or related field.
- Current registration as a Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- State licensure as a Registered Dietitian in California.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
