Alhambra Post Acute, located in the beautiful hills of Martinez, CA, is seeking motivated LVNs to join our outstanding nursing team.

Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and resident conditions
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to implement care plans
- Provide direct nursing care and support to residents
- Assist with assessments and care planning processes
- Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing care regulations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Qualifications- Active California LVN license required
- CPR certification required
- Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, team-oriented, and resident-focused
