Admissions Coordinator to join our team!
In this key role, you'll be the first point of contact for new residents and families—helping them navigate the admissions process with clarity, compassion, and professionalism. If you're a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do: - Coordinate and manage all aspects of the admissions process
- Communicate with hospitals, case managers, and families
- Verify insurance and obtain authorization
- Maintain accurate records and complete all necessary paperwork
- Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to ensure a smooth transition for new residents
What We're Looking For: - Previous experience in admissions, healthcare, or long-term care preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of Medi-Cal and insurance verification is a plus
