The Opportunity:
You will drive the full lifecycle of commercial concrete projects, ensuring seamless execution from plans to completion. Working with a family-oriented team where your voice matters, you will lead critical field-to-office workflows that directly fuel our company's long-term growth and stability.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor contracts to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Interpret engineering drawings, architectural blueprints, elevations, and rebar shop drawings accurately.
- Calculate labor production rates and manage project budgets to optimize job profitability and productivity.
- Utilize software like Procore, PlanGrid, and Autodesk to track progress and streamline client communications.
- Collaborate directly with General Superintendents to review AIA billings and reconcile cost-to-date reports.
- Maintain comprehensive RFI and change order logs to align client expectations with field progress.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager managing commercial concrete construction projects.
- Strong proficiency in estimating, submittals, change order requests (CORs), and RFIs.
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural plans, elevation details, and rebar shop drawings.
- Hands-on proficiency using construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or Autodesk.
- Proven knowledge of calculating labor production rates and job budgeting.
- Establish and maintain client-facing relationship
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- 7 or more years of concrete project management or equivalent specialty trade experience
- High School Diploma or GED.
