Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and contribute to engineering efforts that deliver scalable and robust solutions addressing complex problems in tools, automation, and testing environments
  • Architect and implement advanced automation frameworks to support end-to-end testing and validation across networking stacks and services
  • Design and develop productivity tools and AI-assisted utilities to improve engineering workflows, reduce manual efforts, and enhance testing efficacy
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and support feature development from inception to release
  • Actively participate in an agile development environment and drive best practices in CI/CD, testing, and deployment processes
  • Lead design and code reviews for automation infrastructure, tooling, and system-level integrations with a strong focus on quality and maintainability
  • Contribute thought leadership in networking technologies and AI-driven automation strategies


Your Traits and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of industry experience in software development with a focus on automation infrastructure, testing frameworks, or developer productivity tools
  • Proven experience in network systems, protocols, or distributed computing environments
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools or frameworks is highly desirable
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Strong coding proficiency in Python
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, testing at scale, and the challenges of maintaining automation in complex environments
  • Proficient in working with Linux environments, with hands-on scripting and debugging capabilities
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating test frameworks with microservices architectures
  • Exposure to containerized environments and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OCI or Azure)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with an ability to lead by example
  • Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about problem-solving and system design
