You'll be joining a global company with over 7, 000 customers and a strong foothold in the service provider space-but your role will be anything but corporate. Think fast, focused, and full of potential.
What You'll Own- Proactively identify and acquire new customers through strategic outreach-calls, social selling, referrals, and outbound campaigns.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery to close, focusing on commercial accounts.
- Consistently achieve or exceed a multi-million-dollar annual bookings target.
- Own channel relationships by aligning closely with prospects and their preferred partners; collaborate with Channel Account Managers (CAMs) to execute a unified channel strategy.
- Commit to continuous improvement-top performers are deeply focused on sharpening their skills, mindset, and outcomes.
- Leverage Salesforce to manage opportunities, forecast with precision, and maintain a disciplined yet human-centered sales process.
What Sets You Apart- 3-5 years of success in a quota-carrying closing role, preferably in tech, networking, or cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated strength in winning net-new business-you're a skilled hunter, not just a farmer.
- Mastery of core sales skills: discovery, objection handling, value-based selling, multi-threading, and creating urgency.
- High emotional intelligence-adept at reading the room, asking insightful questions, and influencing key stakeholders.
- Self-aware, highly coachable, and driven by internal motivation.
- Fluent in both business and technical conversations; experience selling cybersecurity is a strong plus.
- Expert-level Salesforce user with a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to managing your pipeline.
