Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together! •
§Helps users about daily Kinaxis usage questions and answers/solves local issues
§Escalates problems with root-cause analysis as tickets to the Kinaxis Competency Center (KCC, Level 2 run support) if needed - provides issue specification and is able to perform testing of the solution
§Acts as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) of the local organization towards the GSC-P team.
§Ensures that all the users in his community are properly trained to succeed on the process and tool
§Assesses regularly the Kinaxis user maturity level and leads the local improvement actions
§Is responsible to stay up to date on new capabilities, changes, versions upgrades, etc and cascade down timely
§Keeps regular trainings to users to refresh / extend their process and tool knowledge (records on MLL tool).
§Knows the local planning processes End to End and strives to keep the local process aligned to the global standard
§Gives process improvement recommendations to the Business Process Owner
§Assesses regularly the process maturity level and leads the local process maturity improvement actions
§Knows and applies the Kinaxis process descriptions, work instructions and "Task flows" in Kinaxis
§Participates to global Skill Network to share knowledge, best practices, identify common process development and training needs.
§Is able to specify critical enhancements to the tool, to explain the value of developing them and to participate in the testing.
§Is able to do the daily tasks of a users and actively practices them.
QualificationsAbout You Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industry/Logistics
Language requirements:
- Fluent in English
- French language will be valuable
Experience: 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
Skills requirements
• Strong business understanding
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiar with SAP, Kinaxis, Initiative / Confidentiality / Dynamic
• Previous experience leading a Team
