IHG is hiring a Human Resources Supervisor in cairo, C. This is a full-time position.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting HR operations, employee relations, talent initiatives, and colleague engagement while ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. A little of your day-to-day:

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and colleague engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure HR records, employee files, and documentation are accurate, confidential, and up to date.
  • Coordinate employee relations activities and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the administration of compensation, benefits, attendance, and leave processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and IHG standards.
  • Partner with department leaders to support workforce planning and staffing requirements.
  • Coordinate training programs, colleague recognition activities, and employee engagement events.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate data to support business and people decisions.
  • Assist with performance management processes and other people development initiatives.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture through daily HR support.

    What We Need From You

  • 2–4 years of Human Resources experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law, HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, and workplace investigations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to conduct fair, confidential, and objective employee investigations and resolve workplace issues professionally.
  • Proactive, approachable, and detail-oriented with a passion for creating a positive colleague experience.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
