A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Filling and organizing papers and documents in the Filling Room.
• Sorting and arranging documents according to the required procedures.
• Ensuring all papers are properly filed and organized.
• Checking documents to ensure they are complete and accurately arranged.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient Filling Room.
• Handling documents carefully and ensuring they are stored in the appropriate locations.
• Supporting the team with daily filing and administrative tasks when required.
• Following company policies, procedures, and work standards.
• Working efficiently and accurately to complete assigned tasks.
• Cooperating with colleagues and maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

What we need from you

• Bachelor’s Degree, High School Diploma, or Undergraduate students are welcome to apply.
• Students are welcome and encouraged to apply.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Responsible, reliable, and committed to assigned tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• No previous experience is required.

Work Details

• Employment Type: Casual Basis.
• Working Hours: 6–8 hours per shift.
